While there are many causes of hearing loss, it is often avoidable in instances where heavy noise is constantly damaging our ears, be it at work or social outlets. Ensuring you protect your ears when around loud noises for prolonged periods of time is the best way to guard against hearing loss. While the many other causes of hearing loss or hearing impairment can be attributed to other factors, protecting your hearing is vital at all times.
