In the 3 month service period

Q: How many visits do I receive in the service period?

A: 1 x visit within 3 months of the date of your hearing aid fitting.

Q: Do I need to visit the same clinic that fitted my hearing aid for the service period visit?

A: Yes. The Audiologist who fitted your hearing aid is the best one to make adjustments or discuss any issues you are having.

Q: What if I need a visit outside the 3 month service period?

A: Outside of the 3 month service period, you will need to pay for any appointments required.


Still in warranty

Q: What should I do if my hearing aid is not working and it is still in warranty?

A: Hearing Aids Australia has a great page to help with any problems you may encounter with your hearing aid. Simply click the "Support" menu and then click "I need help with my hearing aid" to access it. If you are still having problems, you can return to the clinic that fitted your hearing aid for personal assistance.


No longer under warranty

Q: What should I do if my hearing aid is not working and it is not under warranty?

A: Hearing Aids Australia has a great page to help with any hearing aid issues you may encounter. Simply click the "Support" menu and then click "I need help with my hearing aid" to access it. If you are still having problems, you can return to the clinic that fitted your hearing aid for personal assistance. The clinic may charge a fee for this service.
